Ophir Metals (OPHRF) announced that Paul Robertson will step down as CFO, effective August 31, 2026, to pursue other endeavors. Eric Tsung will assume the CFO role effective September 1, 2026.
Tsung brings over 20 years of experience as a finance executive, providing financial reporting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and advisory services to both public and private companies. He has previously held senior financial roles across several publicly listed entities.
